How Do You Track Your Order?
Email notifications are sent to the customer when the product is purchased with a follow up email when the item is shipped. Regular shipping is via Media Mail with the U.S. Postal Service and no tracking information is provided. To obtain a tracking number for overnight FEDEX deliveries either check your shipping notification email or call 1-757-647-3843, please have your PayPal invoice number when you call.

What Is The Guarantee?
A no questions refund of the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, if customer not fully satisfied with our products within 30 days of date of receipt.

How do I return?
RETURN POLICY: Buyer must notify Professional’s Insight at 1-757-647-3843 within 30 days of receipt of the product regarding their intent to return the item. Sailfish Productions will issue an RAC (Return Authorization Code Number to the customer. Professional’s Insight must receive the returned item within 10 days of the issuance of the RAC#. A no questions asked refund of the full purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling will be issued usually by crediting the customer’s credit card account. In some cases a check will be issued. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective Products?
If the customer receives a faulty or defective product a replacement will be sent free of charge upon verification by Professional’s Insight of the fault or defect. The customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost at a flat rate of $5.00.

How do I open the files on the Bonus CD?
Files are .pdf format. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open the files. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free at Adobe.com, most computers already have Adobe Acrobat installed. If you do not have a computer or would like a printed version of the content of the CD contact Sailfish Productions by email at sailfishproductions@mac.com. There is a fee for printed material.

Why does my DVD not play?
While most DVD players accept the format we have provided, not all do. If your DVD player does not play the disc, either update your DVD player or return the disc to us (see return policy regarding defective products).

Can I get my order on VHS tape format?
By the end of 2004 over 90% of households will own a DVD player, therefore we have elected not to provide VHS tapes.

Normal shipping and handling is $9.95 shipped via USPS (media mail).
Normal Canadian shipping and handling via USPS International Global is $15.95

Normal shipping will be within 48 hours of credit card approval.

Express shipping and Handling via FedEx Standard Overnight is $39.00 to all 52 states.
