What Is The Guarantee?
A no questions refund of the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, if customer not fully satisfied with our products within 30 days of date of receipt.

How do I return?
RETURN POLICY: Buyer must notify Professional’s Insight at 1-757-647-3843 or by email: sailfishproductions@mac.com, within 30 days of receipt of the product regarding their intent to return the item. Sailfish Productions will issue an RAC (Return Authorization Code Number to the customer. Sailfish Productions must receive the returned item within 10 days of the issuance of the RAC#. A no questions asked refund of the full purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling will be issued usually by crediting the customer’s credit card account. In some cases a check will be issued. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective Products?
If the customer receives a faulty or defective product a replacement will be sent free of charge upon verification by Professional’s Insight of the fault or defect.
